Childhood is full of important “growth windows” when the right kind of movement can make a lasting impact. Unfortunately, too many kids today are being pushed into early sports specialization — missing the chance to build the broad athletic skills they need for long-term success.
That’s why our coaches at Virtus Barbell created PowerKidz. This program develops not only your child’s performance in sports, but also their overall movement quality, coordination, and physical confidence.
Through a gradual increase in training complexity, we meet kids where they are — from beginners to already active athletes — and help them grow stronger, faster, and more agile. Every session focuses on the pillars of athleticism: strength, speed, agility, power, endurance, and flexibility.
Our sessions are taught in a fun, safe, and fully supervised environment by coaches who are passionate about helping kids reach their potential. Class times are listed on our monthly calendar — come see the difference PowerKidz can make!

Session 3 – September 23rd to November 25th

PowerKidz I Ages 7-9 5:00pm to 5:45pm
PowerKidz II Ages 10-12 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Single Session $15 Full 10 Week Program $135
