Personal Training & Coaching
One-on-one with a Virtus coachSometimes the right answer is one coach, one client, one plan. 1-on-1 training at Virtus is built for goals that don’t fit a group format: coming back from surgery, peaking for a competition, losing weight with accountability that adapts week to week, or just learning the lifts the right way without guesswork. We build the program around you.
1-on-1 Training
Weight Loss
Weight loss starts in the kitchen, but training is what reshapes what you’re carrying. We build a plan that fits your week, your starting point, and what your body responds to. Strength training is the engine, and staying with it long enough is what shows the change.
General Strength
Whether you’re new to lifting or coming back to it after years away, we’ll teach the squat, deadlift, bench press, and other foundational movements, and progress them at a pace that fits you. No assumptions about where you should be. Just steady, useful strength.
Strength Sports
Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and strongman are home turf for us. Whether you’re prepping for your first meet, chasing a number you’ve been close to, or training the way the sport actually trains, we’ll meet you where you are and program accordingly.
Post Surgery
Coming back from surgery is its own work. We coordinate with your physical therapist, work within whatever clearances you have, and rebuild the strength and movement quality the surgery cost you. The goal isn’t just getting back to where you were. It’s getting better than that.
If your goal isn’t on this list, ask. 1-on-1 means we build for whatever you’re working toward. Contact us to start building your plan.
1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching
Weight Loss
We start with what you already eat, your schedule, and the foods you don’t want to give up, then build a structure that fits your life. No meal plans you’ll abandon, no calorie counting unless that works for you. The goal is results you can hold onto, not a six-week sprint.
Performance
Eating to lift, compete, or recover faster from training is its own discipline. We build a nutrition framework that supports your actual training and the goal you’re aiming at, with specifics. What to eat, when, and why.
Building muscle, recomposition, working around food sensitivities, supporting recovery from injury. If it’s a nutrition question, ask.
Ready to start? Contact us and we’ll set up a quick conversation about your goals and what 1-on-1 would look like for you.
